- Investigate the Airline Industry
- Identify the Importance of Teamwork
- The Importance of Customer Care
- Research Health and Safety
- Identify Security Procedures
- The Importance of Aircraft Checks and
Documentation
- Research Employment
Entry Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Educated to GCSE level C or National Equivalent
- A Team Player who can deliver excellent customer
service in a relaxed and friendly environment
- Genuinely interested in people
- Able to display strong interpersonal and communication
skills that reflect genuine cultural sensitivities and
appreciation.
